Our Process

Inspect

We check every elevation for peeling, rot, and open joints, and price the repairs with the paint.

Wash & Prep

The house is power washed, loose paint is scraped and sanded, bare wood is primed, and joints are caulked.

Paint

Two coats, brushed and sprayed as each surface calls for, with plants and hardscape masked.

Final Walk

Touch-ups, cleanup, and a walk around the house with you.
